Getting your new artwork to you safely and promptly is our top priority. We handle every piece with care so that it arrives in pristine condition and ready to be displayed.

1. Delivery Timeframes We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed via WhatsApp.

  • Standard Ready-to-Ship Artworks: You can expect your artwork to arrive within 3 to 5 working days via our trusted standard courier partners.
  • Custom Designs & Format Changes: If you have requested a change in format, resizing, or any custom modifications to an art design, please allow a minimum of 14 working days for delivery. This ensures we have the necessary time to meticulously prepare, modify, and cure the artwork before it travels.

2. How We Pack Your Art (Our Packaging Promise) We understand that buying art online requires trust. We treat the packaging process just as seriously as the creation of the art itself. Here is how we ensure your piece travels safely:

  • Surface Protection: The surface of the artwork is first covered with acid-free glassine paper or protective film to prevent any scratches, moisture, or dust damage.
  • Cushioning & Corner Protection: For framed pieces or canvases, we apply rigid corner protectors. The entire piece is then wrapped in multiple layers of premium bubble wrap or high-density foam.
  • Sturdy Exterior Boxing: Finally, the padded artwork is secured inside a heavy-duty, double-corrugated cardboard box. We ensure there is no empty space inside the box so the art cannot shift or bounce during transit.

3. Tracking Your Order Because our checkout process is personalized, your shipping updates will be too. As soon as your artwork is handed over to the courier, we will message you directly on WhatsApp with your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey.

4. Receiving Your Artwork Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging before signing. If you notice any severe damage to the box, please take a photo immediately before opening it. In the rare event that the artwork inside is damaged, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours so we can assist you.
